These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Coachbot and its associated services at coach.replicants.ai (the "Service"), operated by Replicants.ai ("Replicants", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Coachbot provides business software for customer engagement and marketing, including the optional ability to connect third-party advertising accounts (such as Google Ads) and create and manage advertising on your behalf. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for compliance with the terms and policies of those third-party platforms.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must have authority to connect any advertising account you link to the Service.
When you use advertising features, campaigns are created in a paused state and no advertising spend occurs until you explicitly activate them. You are responsible for your advertising budgets, spend, and for the content of campaigns you activate. Advertising is delivered and billed by the third-party platform (e.g. Google Ads) under that platform's terms.
When you use scheduling features, you may connect a calendar so that your clients can see when you are available and book sessions with you. We read only your free/busy times from the calendar you select, and we write only to a calendar our application creates. You remain responsible for honouring the sessions your clients book, and for disconnecting the calendar if you no longer wish us to check it.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to breach security, disrupt the Service, infringe others' rights, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Our handling of your data, including data obtained from connected Google accounts, is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replicants is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for advertising spend, results, or outcomes on third-party platforms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
